WARRANTY

1. What’s covered

All Climberty products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty period

Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless a different period is mentioned on the product page.

3. What we will do

If a defect is confirmed, we will resolve the issue by choosing one of the following options, depending on the situation:

  • Free replacement part, or
  • Product replacement, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

We aim to resolve all warranty claims quickly and fairly.

4. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, paint fading, or minor cosmetic marks)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid or chemical exposure, or improper handling
  • Improper installation, modifications, or repairs by third parties
  • Damage due to overloading beyond the recommended capacity
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase

5. How to Claim Warranty

Please email or WhatsApp our support team with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name or model
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  4. Your delivery address and contact number

We will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

6. Additional Notes

  • Warranty service may require returning the product. Pickup or return process may vary depending on your location.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we can still assist you with paid spare parts, subject to availability.
